Russia is not in NATO. The North Atlantic Treaty Organization (NATO) is a military alliance primarily of Western nations, and Russia has never been a member. In fact, Russia’s relations with NATO have often been tense, especially since the Cold War and more recently due to conflicts like the Ukraine situation.

Anyone out there have perfect pitch? I was just reading that Brian Wilson (The Beach Boys) would hum every note to his piano tuner to tune it in his own way. His wife at the time says that he wanted the notes to ring a certain way. That’s incredible!
