⛑️📋As we accelerate operations at America’s only permitted and operating fluorspar mine, more activity naturally brings more eyes on site, and that’s exactly how it should be. We’ve gone from early development to active mining and ore stockpiling, with the Lumps Plant now commissioning and the Flotation construction being accelerated. Along the way, our team on site has grown to roughly three-five times our earlier headcount. More people, more equipment, and more production mean more frequent MSHA inspections - and yes, more routine citations. This isn’t a red flag. 🚩 It’s a clear sign of progress. In every mine ramping up quickly, regulatory interactions increase as inspectors do their important job of overseeing expanding operations. We welcome that oversight. It helps us refine procedures, strengthen training, and keep safety standards high as we scale. The recent entries on the MSHA site reflect this normal phase of growth, and encouragingly for us mostly standard Section 104(a) citations that were addressed promptly. The two reported incidents were non-injury events during development work. Health and safety remains our top priority.
