@_Reloe I really like how their timers just don’t work a lot. I think that’s really cool but you also can’t create your own consistently working ones either. I think that’s a good compromise they made for us.

- remove addons so you can't assign stuff -> make a boss that applies 8 debuffs that require to be dispelled ASAP, heavily incentivizing assigning it -> you can still assign it so that's what guilds are doing 👍

@Sparkpoodle1 As it turns out, cooking your food changes the chemical make up and initiates all manner of downstream effects. For literally no fucking tangible benefit AND a net inferior product, in the case of Louis Pasteur's method, which has no basis in reality. But y'all demand it anyway.

The Afroman Trial. -Cops raid Afromans house for bullshit reasons. -Steal money, break his door, fuck his house up. -No criminality found whatsoever, no charges at all pressed on Afroman. -Afroman spends the next 3 years making songs that make fun of all the officers involved by name, even using footage of the raid from his own CCTV cameras. -Songs had titles like "Randy Walters is a son of a bitch" and "Lick Em Low Lisa" accusing one of the officers of being a lesbian and sleeping with the other officers wives. -During the raid one officer looked like he was about to eat some lemon pound cake sitting on Afromans counter, Afroman made a whole album calling the officer fat. -The cops get mad and file a lawsuit for defamation. -Afroman turns up to court in a whole American flag suit. -Officers performatively mald and cry while listening to the songs really trying to oversell how badly the songs upset them. -One officer was suing because Afroman made a whole song about him saying he was fucking the officers wife. When the officer was asked if Afroman was really fucking his wife, he said "I don't know". Nuking his own case and establishing that there is a non-zero chance that Afroman might actually be fucking his wife. -As his only witness for the trial, Afroman brought a deputies EX FUCKING WIFE. -The jury ruled completely in favour of Afroman. This entire thing has been a great win for free speech and absolutely fucking hilarious.

@AutomaticJak Truly would have been an absolute disaster. I think the UI restrictions are pretty bad but these unpaid creators worked for months to cushion the blow. If that DIDNT happen Blizzard severely fucked up and I think they took advantage of addon devs to do this addon purge.

Raid bosses having private aura debuffs for dispels is absolutely awful. Nobody can see who needs to be dispelled and there’s absolutely no reason to make dispellable debuffs private

I mean, this is where League of Legends is at right now. When you're losing lane, it very much feels pointless to continue trying to fight an uphill battle. Oftentimes, if you start losing and stay in lane, you just keep losing. So you see players act naturally. A very human response is avoidance. Riot's system is very poor at accounting for human behavior. It allows fight but doesn't allow flight. You see people understand: "Okay, if I stay in lane versus this Zed who just blew my flash, I'm going to keep dying." Apart from the pure game lens, game design should account more for biology, like fight or flight, or human nature, and current economic and social realities. People are broke, upset about what's happening in real life, conditioned for scrolling and low attention spans, yet they still care deeply about competitive, ego-based ecosystems even when casually gaming. They reach the point of "I'm doing bad and now everyone on my team hates me. Fuck this, go next." Or they care in the sense that they know they're doing everything by the book, with hyper mechanics far better than their opponent, but they're still losing due to champ diff. This is because Riot strongly believes that some champions, regardless of what you individually do, should just win. They prioritize this over individual skill, and all the devs make statements aligning with that despite players repeatedly requesting a more solo skill-focused game. It's equal to doing your taxes, getting a nice job, side-hustling your business, making your boss happy, going into work on time, doing your job and even other people's jobs that don't even fit your job title, just for your boss to inform you that you're fired. You did nothing wrong, but the company is deciding to lay off some employees to save money. Nothing you do or say will change the outcome. Players in League recognize this early on in their journey. They're losing lane, they can't fight, and they're in a system that doesn't allow flight. They're upset about losing and want out. They don't give a fuck if their teammate has 10 kills and 0 deaths. Their experience playing the game is already ruined from their point of view because the game is over. Many players across different games are just playing to have fun, and the moment it stops being fun and they have no control over whether they can have fun or not, they check out. It's a very understandable human response. I created Reserve Queue, LP, and a skill-based system replacement that fixes all of these issues. Players want to know their mechanical skills matter more than what ends up on their team. They want to feel like their skill matters more than champion diff. My systems all account for this. Many of the issue league of legends is facing in tgis major decline, I've already created entire systematical solutions for. Riot devs, I believe they should copy paste, and give me credit if they want to fix their game.

I think maybe it's time for LCS to actually punish their players for blatantly griefing solo q or at least implement some sort of warning for such actions. Team DSG's midlaner Callme just loaded into a game, typed to ff 15 BEFORE minions spawned and blamed the matchmaking, then proceeded to hijack my lane for zero reason and griefing the entire game. For the record, I have had 0 interactions with this player in the past so I have no idea what even prompted this other than the fact that he is just straight up running it down indiscriminately. @Disguised @LCSOfficial Now i'm very aware that no consequences will actually happen to this player, hence why he was so bold to do this in the first place, however perhaps that should change in the future, or maybe if pro players don't feel like playing solo q they can simply choose not q up (I've posted about this more than once in the past lol). It's 2026 and if you still queue up to not try in a full chall lobby then I don't know what to tell you. It's unfortunate that he behaved like this because I have played vs him this season a couple of times, and I have always thought of him as a very good midlaner. You already made it when thousands of others failed and would like to be in your spot, so why still so angry?
