I could do that, My Weber pellet will get to 600F. So yeah, I have put on smoke boost for 10 mins - 180 F. Pull and raise to 600 and sear it. About 1~1.5 mins, flip repeat 3 more times to cross hatch. I have a video on my phone. The phone got too hot and shut down. It was tricky trying the record and flip properly.

We do it all the time. I was on a plane years ago and I think it was a Colonel in Air Force. The long and short of it was if we don't sell them then another country will and at that time it was likely the MIGs. Make some drop Biscuits for Hospitality at Church tomorrow. This will be the 3rd batch giving me close to 75. Likely will make some mustard BBQ to use on ribs tomorrow and later in week when I smoke some pork butt for a nice lady at church. She has like 25 people / family coming next Saturday so want it finished on Friday. What kind of berries, what are the plans, cobbler, pie, jam or simply in a bowl.

Other people trying to clear their desk on Friday. Pretty rude. Monday, start new projects. I always tried to keep Wednesday open with little scheduled and a good day to update people if I did not on Tuesday. Try to finish or wrap up on Thursday, and Friday, Give up dates but don't push off on anyone. That is a Monday / Tuesday thing - yes you can circle back to people on open issues where you need them to respond. Do so before noon Friday. Never start any projects on Friday. Does not matter how simple. 9/10 times it will blow up and haunt you all weekend
