@olympians @TheCiderShedPod It's an example of people of colour being overlooked when it comes to positive public recognition, the focus on the embarrassment of the perpetrator when the inequity is pointed out to them, & the victim sucking up the hurt and disappointment and moving on. Sad, but common.

@TheCiderShedPod You’re missing the point. The while point was to let us know Akram is not one of those people who is constantly offended. #TheArchers

Should have said ‘Thanks to everybody who has helped make the fête the huge success that it’s been.’ Not hard.
And Lynda was horribly rude to poor Robert who was offering support.

This is not good. Please take note if you have applied for Legal Aid since 2010.

@andy4wm Belated congratulations. I hope this is the boost that you need to assure you need (if any were needed) to assure you of yor continued value to the West Midlands generally and Birmingham in particular. I look forward to seeing what else you will acheive for our great city.

Rubbish start to the day thanks to @EE (and @SamsungMobile). Why would you arrange an appointment for a phone repair at an @EE shop that does not do them? Even reminded me this morning of the time and venue, arrived to be told they do not do repairs there! Very poor!!!
English

@EE The best way to help is to make sure that they are ready to fix my phone at 11.00 a.m. tomorrow in your Solihull shop. We shall see if your utmost can manage that!
English

@EE No, I was given a reference number, but no other confirmation. The number is not even ringing out now, just saying that everyone in the store is busy with customers.
English

@EE I complained, I received a telephone call with an apology, but as you will see from my most recent post, the poor service continues. The person who called coudl not even check whether my appontment had been logged when I expressed my concern about not having heard anything.
English

@KBaileyW Hey Karen 👋
That does sound odd, we should be able to offer repairs in most of our shops with different timescales depending on the store.
If you're unhappy with what's happened you can raise a complaint over the phone or online 👇

Sorry to be complaining again, but after last week's issues with @EE the poor service continues. No confirmation of my appointment tomorrow and I don't want to travel 17 miles for nothing! Spent 2 hours trying to ring the shop with no success. This is so poor!

My cousin and I went for a meal @AdiansDining a few weeks ago. It was all lovely, but the plantain sticky toffee pudding was a total revelation and absolutely gorgeous. I think about it most days. I just wanted you to know. Thank you, see you soon!
