Whenever you got emotional, because you’re sad, upset or hurt, and need to vent about personal issues, call or text a family member or a close friend. Posting on social media is not the place to address it. Just because you want instant gratification to feel better, it’s not going to unbiased, beneficial feedback. It will probably just make things worse. It’s a downfall of the social media addiction period that we’re currently living in.
