@AskCiti I picked the right payment date, but this needs to be fixed in your system. Noticed it last month, but the issue is still there. The due date used to be highlighted with a red box and due date text, but that is gone now.

@Citi This is deceptive, you have removed the Due Date from the payment calendar and then show a date three days past. Are you trying to trick people into late fees and interest??? @FTC

@ring This seems to be a constant problem with other customers as well and you are supposedly working on it. It is only at night when it does not trigger motion alerts. I could drive a garbage truck up to my front door and NOTHING.
