@kobo I have a Kobo Plus subscription just for books, but when I try to open one of the KP books, both of my Kobos say I need to renew my subscription. It’s active but they don’t think it is. The payment went out today 9/4 NZT. Please help.

@kobo I bought a Clara for the sole purpose of borrowing books not available on my kindle only to find the first book I wanted to download isn’t compatible with Kobo. Seems like a wasted investment.

My Kobo Clara can’t connect to the @kobo Store. It can connect to Wikipedia so it is not a WiFi issue. 🤨 Any ideas?
