@PaoloGerrini @KristanHawkins The trinity is biblical, and is throughout scripture. If you’re trying to say the word trinity isn’t in the bible, sure. But that is a word used to describe the wrestling of the early church who DID believe: there’s 1 God, Jesus is God, Holy Spirit is divine, and God the Father.
English

@KristanHawkins The trinity is not biblical, it is made up by man and formulated in the creeds, heavily influenced by Greek filosophy. Historians agree that early Christiansworshipped a different Godhead. As foretold, God restored truth found in The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints.

@Vibrotone @DRoseVerseX @Protestia You’re deflecting, and it’s because this is the fork in the road. Answer the question. Why can’t I accept worship for God being inside me if you believe Jesus was just a man and accepted worship for God inside him? Stop deflecting.
English

@KurtCobarner @DRoseVerseX @Protestia What are YOU getting worship for? By saying "I" am getting worship, is taking away from God. What is the instance in which worship is needed for?
If someone plows my driveway, I know to say thank you to the person. I may do it at their work for all to acknowledge this deed

English

@Vibrotone @DRoseVerseX @Protestia I never said they had to, but if I receive worship, allow people to chant “hosanna” or praise and adoration toward me as I walk down the street, that would be idolatry, and I’m a heretic. This is not an acknowledgement of God’s work, it’s acknowledging God.
English

@KurtCobarner @DRoseVerseX @Protestia People do not have to worship you for having the Holy Spirit. Typically that happens, in the bible, after a blessing, acknowledging & glorifying Gods work. Giving thanks. They are not worshipping the person, they are worshipping the Spirit. Saying thank you is common practice
English

@Vibrotone @DRoseVerseX @Protestia We call this “mental gymnastics.” It’s when the text is black and white, and you choose to accept verses out of context to prove your predisposition. Am I then to also accept worship when the Lord is present in me? Is that not the idolatry you just spoke of?
English

@KurtCobarner @DRoseVerseX @Protestia Those that know the Lord, know when the Lord is present in another person. God is a Spirit. People did not worship Moses & Jesus, they worshipped the Holy Spirit that filled them or embodied them. They were not worshipping man or the vessel. The Spirit comes & goes like the wind

@Sawertynn17 @nosioG @RahnsBlaxx @tommiedotjpg If he has a plethora of other teachings, and you say “he simply wanted you to be nice” then yes, it does invalidate the statement. He wants far more from his followers than simply being nice.
English

@nosioG @RahnsBlaxx @tommiedotjpg I'm not sure what his point was. To me he said "Jesus didn't simply say to be nice" while he did
Ofc he has more lessons, but they don't invalidate this one
English

Jesus just wanted yall to be nice to people fr

Good morning…
English

@Vibrotone @DRoseVerseX @Protestia You’re correct, I was hoping you would stop you from your perpetual deception and lies, but instead you can only hope to deflect away from the Biblical evidence provided.
English

@KurtCobarner @DRoseVerseX @Protestia If it is another nothing burger, than why did it attract you and cause a response from you? If it is nothing to you, than move along. The lessons are for the righteous and those who seek truth.
English

@Vibrotone @DRoseVerseX @Protestia So why then did Jesus accept worship? Wouldn’t that make Jesus a deceiver?
English

@KurtCobarner @DRoseVerseX @Protestia Exactly. It becomes Idolatry when you worship men. "Thou shalt have no other gods before me". Jesus said "... Ye are gods". God said "Man has become one of us". There is a difference between the Capital "G" and the lower case "g". The lower case "g" refers to us, humans.

English

@Vibrotone @DRoseVerseX @Protestia You’ve posted another nothing burger that doesn’t disprove anything.
English

@DRoseVerseX @Vibrotone @Protestia John 1:1; John 1:14; Jesus’ 7 “I am” statements; baptisms in the name of the Father, Son, and HS; He forgave sins + says “who can forgive sins but God alone (Mark 2); “I and the Father are one” (John 10:30); the evidence is overwhelming.
English

@Vibrotone @Protestia Good verses. But you ignored the clear ones.
1 Timothy 3:16 KJV
And without controversy great is the mystery of godliness: God was manifest in the flesh…
Acts 20:28 KJV
…to feed the church of God, which he hath purchased with his own blood.

@geofflawnmower @thejustinnewman @4Gt2Hate @autocorrect2_0 Organized is a very, very loosely used term here. The idea that they’d sit on top of each other, sure. But the complexity of atoms forming matter, and for far more complex organization life, you’re making this far too simplistic.
English

@KurtCobarner @thejustinnewman @4Gt2Hate @autocorrect2_0 If I shook a box of marbles some 5x bigger than others, they’d self organize yes.
English

“Watch this intelligent being shake and tilt the container until the designed objects of all the same size and shape lay in alignment. I just proved order comes from disorder and if you deny it, you’re coping!”
Make Lying Wrong Again@LyingWrongAgain
Religious apologist: science actually proves my faith Me: how so? RA: because science proves order cannot come from disorder Me: oh?
English

@geofflawnmower @thejustinnewman @4Gt2Hate @autocorrect2_0 It’s still proportional, regardless. You originally claimed they don’t vary drastically in size, now you’re saying because they’re small it doesn’t matter. Proportionally, it 100% matters. That’s like shaking this box of nails and including nails that are on 5-7x larger.
English

@thejustinnewman @4Gt2Hate @autocorrect2_0 Do you know how small atoms are? If a marble was 5x bigger than another marble, do you think that’s dramatic? Would marbles sort with random movement?
Christianity isnt relevant in the current topic
English

@thomasthecosmic @MrBeast @TernsCheese They would’ve edited it anyway. Mr Beast did nothing wrong here.
English

@MrBeast @TernsCheese you did this right 👍
although I do think you could have presented it without the branding first and clipped on the logo afterwards to avoid this false scrutiny
English

@bkAK47 @tjmcaulay @wigemhorns @dallascowboys If I remember, the Dez play is what prompted the rule change. I could be wrong.
English

@tjmcaulay @wigemhorns @dallascowboys If the Dez play happened today and it was called incomplete on the field would replay overturn it to a catch based on clear and obvious ?
English

We continue our catch tutorial here for those that are questioning this. It's clearly a catch.
He gets control and maintains control while getting two feet down. He then completes the catch two different ways (only one is required):
1. He takes an additional step (actually two steps) with control
2. He extends the ball toward the line to gain with control
Both of those are listed as "acts common to the game" in the rule book, which complete the process of the catch. He now has possession of the ball, is a runner, and down by contact when he touches the ground with a body part other than hand or foot.
John@iam_johnw
How is this down by contact on kupp but Brandin cooks was a no catch vs the broncos last week lmao
English

@AllKindsWeather I think the frustration was him sustaining a big fall and blow to his back.
English

I’m just gonna say— I have zero problems with the punctuation dunk.
You play 40 minutes of basketball. Auburn has every right to play hard in every last second of them. If Florida didn’t like it, they should’ve thought of that before losing.
No offense taken here, GG #WarEagle
English

@A2Slime We had a 7 footer but he had a season ending injury. Anyway, no harm no foul thankfully haha
English

@KurtCobarner One of yalls players, I think it was Overton felt the same way it seemed
English

@Aubussy_ Yeah, I get the hype moment and the emotion. But he can’t get hurt. Put that man in bubble wrap as soon as the whistle blows
English

@KurtCobarner Fair, if he got hurt that’d be brutal, he was just trolling even more after the dunk getting up hyped up.
