@LLyonsAFC I think he should have been replaced after half time before they scored for sure. Seeing so many comments re Saka playing so poorly, I think it’s more to do with the noticeable lack of pace in his game now. The application is there, just not the speed to execute

Since the hamstring injury last season Saka has lost a yard of pace, both acceleration over 5 yards and top speed. Well seems that way anyway. Goal contributions have almost completely dried up It is absolutely a big problem especially with genuine competition in the squad.

When the pressure gets cranked up, just a little, this team and manager simply cannot handle it. Season after season the same old habits seemingly reoccur. That performance was atrocious, full of individual errors, weak in the tackle and losing duels all over the place. Awful
