@lv how do I know if I have another person added onto my pet insurance? I’m sure I added my partner to it but it’s not confirmed in any of my documents? And the link to add someone on your website comes up with an error each time!

@mototingle @SwintonGroup had a multi car with @lv, they didn’t auto renew it. 3mths later I was doing car admin and realised. They said they’d sent 1 email telling me they weren’t renewing it (not found), but gave no reason for this action. They renewed straight away. Totally irresponsible! #LV

Highway Robbery from @SwintonGroup You take out insurance. They then threaten to cancel the policy after 14 days, then hit you for another £164 to keep the policy I've only heard about this online, now im living it! Cancel the policy, lose all your money with Canceleation fees

@lv Please advise those who have flights via Doha that are running, is it covered on your global travel insurance as Doha is a layover for an onward flight to Asia. Fcdo currently advising against all travel to doha but as this is a transit its not clear if we are covered or not

@lv @lv windscreen insurance is ridiculous, @Autoglass is the only approved supplier and currently earliest fitting date is in April! @NatWindscreens can fit in 3 days, but I have to pay £200 extra to use a non approved supplier. Completely unreasonable and a safety risk.

@RandyWAFC Hi, we're sorry you're unhappy with the renewal price. UK insurers are seeing a lot more claims due to an increase in the frequency and severity of weather events. This is one of many reasons premiums are increasing. We’re doing everything we can to keep costs as low as 1/2

@lv please explain why my 90 year old mothers home & contents cover has gone from £800 to £1500 a year. No claims for years. Should be ashamed, and don’t blame rise in claims, she hasn’t. Robbing tw@ts
