Taxation is theft, but so is failing to pay employees what they earned. True liberty requires personal responsibility and restitution, not political favors. 🗽 Government pardons for "influencers" won't fix a broken system. We need voluntary solutions and real accountability.

NEW - Trump pardons nursing home operator Joseph Schwartz, convicted of a $39 million fraud scheme, just three months into a three-year prison term. Victims haven’t been able to collect from Schwartz.

@SenRickScott @POTUS You are still doing government handouts, causing higher deficits and a higher federal debt. Where is the focus on getting our fiscal house in order??? Your "More Affordable Care Act" does not do this.

Couldn't agree more, @POTUS! It's time we put power back in the people’s hands so they can choose healthcare that works for them, not big insurance. We must pass my More Affordable Care Act to deliver and get this done ASAP!

Trump claims peace. The Pentagon plans raids. Oil traffic is down 95%. This costs you money. Stop the state. Launch your freedom.

The best way to honor veterans is to stop creating new ones. We must end the regime of endless war and bring our heroes home. Real gratitude is found in peace and non-intervention, not just empty words. Join the voluntary revolution for a peaceful future. #LPBrevard #Peace

.@SECWAR “Now it’s veterans of this generation who turn to those on the battlefield right now… We will have the backs of those warfighters. We will ensure that they are celebrated. That their sacrifice is honored. That every part of society recognizes that they are the REAL ONE PERCENT.”

@StateDept Non-intervention keeps us safe and prosperous. Focus on America, not foreign wars. We must prioritize our own liberty, reduce the deficit, and the federal debt.

SECRETARY RUBIO: The U.S. is constantly asked to help in wars and we have. But when we had a need, it didn’t get positive responses from NATO. A couple leaders said that Iran was not Europe’s war. Well, Ukraine isn’t our war, yet we’ve contributed more to that fight than anyone.

Elon Musk, the wealthiest man alive, recently paid an effective tax rate of less than 3.3%. That is less than the average truck driver, nurse and teacher. YES, we must demand the wealthy and corporations pay their fair share. twitter.com/i/broadcasts/1…

it’s not political and should not be partisan to ask “where did all the money go?” California’s functional bankruptcy threatens the nation and should be a front-and-center state and national discussion. ignore the bs. this is what matters.
Molly O’Shea@MollySOShea

BREAKING: David @friedberg says "California is functionally bankrupt" "People don't realize how screwed California is, & I worry that if California falls, so does the union. "$250 billion to $1 trillion short." "This is because for California to get rescued would be a big cost to red states, & I think it creates in the years ahead a lot of tension." "California's functional bankruptcy is a major risk to the country. & I think we need to figure out what we can change to fix it." How we got here: "California has a public pension system, & that public pension system retirees have paid into it & they get some benefits out, & the amount that they're owed back out is somewhere between $250 billion - $1 trillion dollars more than has been paid in. $250 billion to $1 trillion short. If it was the federal government, it would be like, okay, we'll just print more money. California doesn't have the ability to print money, so California has to pay this out, and you can't restructure retirement benefits. There is a Supreme Court case in California that said that once an employee has been offered retirement benefits, even if they're currently an employee, you can never restructure their retirement benefits. It has to stay forever, and the state cannot declare bankruptcy. There's no way for the state to functionally declare bankruptcy. There's no law to allow it. No state has ever declared bankruptcy, and the retirement benefits sit senior to the bonds in California. So you have to pay out the retirement benefits before you pay out all the bond holders that have loaned California the money that they use to run all their programs and services."
