Building a gaming community isn't just about getting the most people into a server. It's about how you treat the ones who show up every day.
As a Product designer, I spend a lot of time thinking about behavioral loops. Why do people stay? Why do they contribute? 👇
It almost always comes down to one core human need: feeling seen and valued.
When you spend your time helping others, sharing knowledge, or just hanging out in voice chats, you want to know that your presence actually matters.
But most standard Discord tools completely miss this. They cannot tell the difference between: - A passionate, long-term advocate - Someone who just joined five minutes ago to click a button
That is exactly why I really liked what Payton had built for the WolvesDAO, and why I was so interested in teaming up with him to build Kizuna.
Leading the Product Design and UX/UI, my goal was to create something that is easy to use, removes friction as much as possible, and lets our users discover new insights daily.
After multiple iterations, one function emerged that truly bridges data and community value: Smart Raffles.
Instead of a random giveaway based purely on luck, Kizuna lets you weight entries based on real, positive contributions. You can reward: - Messages sent - Voice hours logged - Specific roles held
It turns a standard giveaway into a genuine, targeted "thank you" to the people who make your community feel like home.
When you reward real participation, you create a positive behavioral loop that benefits everyone. We believe every gaming studio, DAO, and creator should have the tools to make their members feel valued.
That is why we made the Kizuna platform 100% free.

Antigravity, what are you guys doing?
- I was waiting for today because the Claude model quota was supposed to reset so I could use it again.
- But now its been extended by another 6 days… again.
- I haven't been able to use Claude models for the past 2 weeks. At this point, it feels like we can't use them at all.
- If this continues, its better to just remove Claude models entirely and now give Pro users an option for a refund on the remaining subscription.
Right now, it just feels like a wasted subscription for those who paid specifically for Claude access.

@Gio97806668 @paytkaleiwahea It really comes down to your use case, but it makes sense even at 50–100 members.
That early stage is the best time to identify your core advocates. Plus, having the infrastructure to run raffles and giveaways makes it even more useful for a small group.
