Building a gaming community isn't just about getting the most people into a server. It's about how you treat the ones who show up every day. As a Product designer, I spend a lot of time thinking about behavioral loops. Why do people stay? Why do they contribute? 👇 It almost always comes down to one core human need: feeling seen and valued. When you spend your time helping others, sharing knowledge, or just hanging out in voice chats, you want to know that your presence actually matters. But most standard Discord tools completely miss this. They cannot tell the difference between: - A passionate, long-term advocate - Someone who just joined five minutes ago to click a button That is exactly why I really liked what Payton had built for the WolvesDAO, and why I was so interested in teaming up with him to build Kizuna. Leading the Product Design and UX/UI, my goal was to create something that is easy to use, removes friction as much as possible, and lets our users discover new insights daily. After multiple iterations, one function emerged that truly bridges data and community value: Smart Raffles. Instead of a random giveaway based purely on luck, Kizuna lets you weight entries based on real, positive contributions. You can reward: - Messages sent - Voice hours logged - Specific roles held It turns a standard giveaway into a genuine, targeted "thank you" to the people who make your community feel like home. When you reward real participation, you create a positive behavioral loop that benefits everyone. We believe every gaming studio, DAO, and creator should have the tools to make their members feel valued. That is why we made the Kizuna platform 100% free. I don't see any reason why you wouldn't install Kizuna... Friends support friends BUT it's so much cooler when the tech actually fixes MAJOR painpoints for any community team. TLDR; Run/ Manage a Discord? Install the bot.

I've been using @KizunaPulse since the beginning of the month and the results have been amazing. It's been generating really valuable insights on how to better activate the @Lgc_GG community. Most active chats, voice time, games our members play the most... if you're serious about building a real community, this data is non-negotiable. some notes on GDC this year for @origins_tcg and @dccdotclub we debated for a long time if it can be worth it for us to go, and it definitely was the difference to last years GDC was huge tho compared to this year it felt like last year we were living lavishly not because we as a studio spend a lot more, but across the board there were so many more events and sponsors for all kinds of stuff overall that's not surprising seeing so many studios shut down or layoff people the last couple of months but it was still crazy to see such a big change in such a short time but we made it work well together with @WolvesDAO... we went for a low budget concept of having a small house together to host a afew events and showcase the game to the people there and it was very fun it's always great to see people playing the game, grinding all night, just enjoying the game A LOT... feels special... and it was also cool to share our vision for the DCC and collecting in Origins which i personally think is quite unique the game itself is moving in the right direction and every version feels better, global launch will be big this year but we can do it also the people that showed up were great, it was a smoll group of people but we had good times i would love to talk about other games that were there but the only one worth mentioning was @0xCitadel which had an event at a very unique location, they are still doing cool stuff and i hope their launch does well /end shoutout to everyone that made the trip or showed up online, watching streams, playing the game from home etc. and thanks for all the support
