No. 2009-2013 was horrific for overtaking, and made worse if insisting on 11-12 Pirelli tissue paper rubber.
The current chassis of TODAY with no SLM, a NA 2.4-3.0L NA V8 or V10 and sustainable fuel. It would be the GOAT regs set *immediately*.

This is the last time I’ll speak on this topic. Lewis didn’t have a battery or engine issue. Unfortunately, with these new regulations, the way Lewis drove during the stint (wheelspin, etc.) caused the power problem.
Once again, for the love of God, I never said Lewis was lying. He simply said he had no power, which is true. And the Autoracer article, along with what I’ve been trying to explain, are the reasons why he didn’t actually have an engine or battery issue.
