You can't just vibe code a new steel mill, new railroads, and new missile facilities. The premise "they'll use the ceasefire to rearm" in a 2000s mindset for non-state actors like Hezbollah. They'd get resupplied by Iran. Now, the Iranian manufacturing capability is blown up, and Syria and Venezuela are entirely out of the fight. A steel mill or petrochemicals plant doesn't just respawn.
