@Nike how can I get some help. Bought new air max in Jan sale. Only just worn them and they have split. I don’t have a receipt and @JDSports won’t help with a receipt as I didn’t buy in a local store and so cannot go back to the store in person to get it. Thank you!

@British_Airways got an open customer service claim and missing mileage claim both been open more than 8 weeks with no response and call centre can’t help. Customer service claim has been closed once already with no response to me. Please help

@LinziBarber @British_Airways Hiya Linzi, known issue at BA, also affecting AA flights too. If you drop an email (from your registered BAEC email address) to exec-club.socialmedia@ba.com with copies of your boarding card(s) and your date of birth and postcode for security reasons they will deal with it.
