@AmazonHelp Hi, I contacted live chat about my parcels. Just looked at the delivery update. The customer refused the parcel. This is after Evri was saying, "attempted deliveries when I was home." Rescheduled delivery by Amazon to say I refused parcel that I want? Terrible customer service

I ordered 5 items from Amazon UK. The items were split delivery. I'm still waiting for the Evri parcels. The other parcels arrived straight away. I didn't know amazon had Evri as a courier. I keep getting a message from Evri. we tried to deliver, but you were not in. When I was?

@AmazonHelp You didn't get my post. I had three attempted deliveries with Evri when i was home with a dog that barks if you go near my house. The other amazon parcels arrived by a different courier. It was a split delivery

Hi I'm waiting for two parcels which I've received a message to say attempted delivery two times. Both times I was in. My dog barks when someone gets near the door. Evri is not a courier i would pick. I tried live chat and phoned customer service. This is very frustrating.
