Not sure about the identity of the shopkeeper. But anyone with even a tiny bit understanding of PM's security protocol would tell you how these events get staged. A thorough ASL (Advance Security Liaison) gets activated. Proper background check of the shopkeeper, the entire area gets sanitized, multi-level testing of food items, a close watch at the shopkeeper just to ensure that he hands over the same item to the PM which was tested earlier, then camera crew & other security layers. That jhalmuri would cost Rs.10 on camera, but the taxpayer will pay crores off camera to get this act executed.

Others can learn from Justice Tejas Karia ✅️ same advocate Vaibhav Singh filed similar PIL in 2024 to remove Kejriwal's courtroom video Delhi HC Justice Tejas Karia was then a practicing advocate and appeared as counsel for Meta/Facebook in same case That is why he would hv recused to remove any apprehension of bias in recent PIL ✅️

If many judges have to recuse, let them! How can opposition leaders expect justice in such a scenario of nepotism and party-based appointments? Judges are human. That cash bundles Verma proved it. Kudos to Kejriwal for exposing this rot which we the people didn't know existed!

In fact it is against the Advocates Act 1961 for a lawyer to practice in a court where any of his/ her relatives functions as a judge. Not saying Justice Sharma's kids shouldn't practice law, but either she or them should seek transfer to another state for judicial propriety.

Thanks to @whattalawyer got to know there are a number of Judges who sought transfer to a different State Court after their son/ daughter/ close relative started practising in same court. They could've continued but chose not to, as they had integrity and a conscience. #Kejriwal
