The most worrying part is that around 33% of Nvidia Engineers are from India and not only from IIT or NIT kind of colleges but most of them are from tier 3 colleges. That's what you achieve if you provide good infrastructure, good work culture, good retirement support to taxpayers and security, even people from tier 3 college can be motivated enough to build world's most valuable company. Nationalism, make in India won't work if you use it only as slogans in election rallies. First build infra, build support, build respect for taxpayers, Indians are making outside, they'll make in India too.
