海賊版によって知名度や認知度が上がり普及する→これは現実として正しい 購入力の弱い子供には無料や安価で認知度を上げたほうが後々のビジネスに良い→これも正しい。AppleやMicrosoftが授業に無償提供したり学生ライセンスを用意してる理由 だから海賊版を批判するな→ここが間違い。隠れてやれ

@Lucar561 @Tc4EeinhhH93j5F 不当な法律や公共の害になっている法律と戦うという経緯と意図があるは分かる。しかし、その前提があるのなら、なおさらのことクリエイターへのリスペクトや金銭的な利益が失われることを回避するために、合法的な手段と同じかそれ以上に金銭を渡さないと筋が通らないと日本人の感覚では考えるだろう

@Lucar561 @NineOuh90 成程。矢張り、日本の仕組みとあまりに違う。作者が正しく報酬を得られる為の法整備が必要です。実は、私は意外に思う事があります。そういった関係の法律は、海外にもあるものだと思っていました。特に、アメリカは裁判をよくやるイメージがあったので、そうではないと聞いて驚きました。

@Tc4EeinhhH93j5F @otsune So, due to this a lot of people in the west are giving their reasons, not as excuses but as legitimate points to try to make it clear they follow piracy out of desperation, or piracy out of outrage, not piracy out of entitlement
