The grooming gang court transcripts changed the debate - so Labour will obviously vote to make it harder to get them
Sienna Rodgers@siennamarla

Exclusive by @nadinebh_: Labour MPs have been told to vote AGAINST an amendment to allow victims free access to transcripts of court proceedings Why? The minister cites preparedness and affordability 👇 politicshome.com/news/article/l…

The British cultural heritage is based on Christ's teaching And Christ's teaching is NOT about acquiring power. Read the Beatitudes ! The Koran's teaching is ALL about acquiring power, killing 'infidels' and imposing Islam on everyone That why the British tradition is vastly superior, and more respectful of human dignity

Journalist Yasmin @y_alibhai Brown has penned an article & comments "This column will be pounced on by racists, but I have to write it," & adds "Racism is flooding the lives of Muslims like me." She's is most critical of Nick @NJ_Timothy's criticism of the Trafalgar Square open praying. Many see it as an arrogant sign of dominance. Well Yasmin did you not say in 2006 on BBC World’s Dateline of white men: “I don’t like them. I want them to be a lost species in a hundred years." Your racism aside, 500,000 white, working-class British girls were groomed by mainly Muslim men, while 98% of all terrorist deaths of Britons from 2000 have been perpetrated by Islamists. Much of the problem is the whining cry-bully mentality, & you are always play the victim. British people are not racist by instinct, it is learnt from reading the news.

🚨 Hardly a surprise Labour’s “Border Security Commander” has quit in failure. Asylum hotels up. Small boat crossings up. When will Starmer accept his approach is making things much worse? Anyone who arrives in our country illegally must be rapidly detained and deported.

🚨 Small businesses are in crisis. At PMQs, I told Keir Starmer about Rob and Lizzie, who run the Kings Arms Hotel in Melrose. Labour’s Jobs Tax has increased their bills by £280,000. 🤯 How do they expect them to survive? As usual, Starmer gives a tone deaf answer...

Rachel Reeves has trashed our economy. Britain's inflation is the highest in the G7 - and that's before the Middle East crisis is taken into account. Growth flat. Record borrowing. Crippling taxes. Only @Conservatives have a plan to get Britain working again.
The Times and The Sunday Times@thetimes

🔺BREAKING Inflation held steady in February before the war in the Middle East sent oil and gas prices on an upward spiral, putting the UK on the cusp of another cost-of-living crisis #Echobox=1774422296" target="_blank" rel="nofollow noopener">thetimes.com/business/econo…

Sir Keir Starmer has said it is Ed Miliband’s decision whether Britain drills for oil and gas in the North Sea. The Prime Minister claimed he had no power to approve more drilling licences, insisting that the final decision lies with the Energy Secretary. He does have the power to replace Miliband and the fact that he doesn't, suggests that he agrees with this policy which is so damaging to the UK economy and people.

5 years ago today, hundreds of Islamists gathered outside Batley Grammar School after a teacher showed a picture of the Prophet Muhammad in a lesson. He was threatened & forced into hiding. 5 years on he is sadly STILL in hiding. This is appalling. We must fight for free speech.

BREAKING   Scotland Yard has confirmed that Morgan McSweeney reported the theft of his phone to them on October 20 last year   They took down ***the wrong address*** and assumed the offence had taken place in East London rather than Westminster   As a result they could not identify a suspect and the case was closed   The Times has been told officers were 'too busy' to speak to Morgan McSweeney directly about it   Having established the error following the report by The Sun on Sunday they have amended the report   Worth bearing in mind that this was the theft of the phone with the prime minister's number, the number of every cabinet minister, sensitive WhatsApps, messages, emails… you name it. This was NOT an ordinary phone Starmer: “On Monday, 20 October police received a report from a man in his 40s alleging that his phone had been snatched.   “The incident was recorded as having taken place in Belgrave Street, E1.   “A review of the allegation, including a consideration of whether there was available CCTV, did not identify any realistic lines of enquiry. The investigation was subsequently closed.   “In the course of responding to a recent media enquiry, we became aware that the address was entered incorrectly at the time of the initial call and should instead have been recorded as Belgrave Road, Pimlico.   “Having identified this error, the report will be amended and the assessment of whether there is available evidence revisited."

The attack lines against @KemiBadenoch are getting more desperate and more convoluted by the day. In Suella's imagination, Kemi is somehow responsible for every Conservative failure of the last fourteen years. The mass immigration. The NHS waiting lists. The loss of productivity. All of it, apparently, down to Kemi Badenoch. It's a bizarre argument. And it's a transparently desperate one. Then there's the claim that the Conservative Party cannot change. Any other party gets that grace, apparently. Labour went from open antisemitism under Corbyn to Starmer issuing a public apology to the Jewish community within days of taking office. Parties change. It happens. But according to Suella, the Conservatives are uniquely denied that possibility. Strange logic, given that the Conservative Party of the 1970s and the Conservative Party of the 1980s were... categorically identical. Margaret Thatcher changed nothing, of course. The reason Suella is rattled is simple. Kemi's criticism is hitting a nerve. And her departure to Reform tells you everything. Like everyone who made that move, it wasn't principle that drove her. It was unrealised ambition - ambition she couldn't achieve within the Conservative Party. Frankly, good riddance. The party has offloaded the drama and can now get on with the work - renewing itself, returning to authentic conservative ground, and building a genuinely Thatcherite platform for 2029, fielding candidates with real conviction and the discipline to deliver it. We are in the right hands.
