most people have no idea how $luna $ust worked (and why it didn’t) and a jury and sec have no clue interpreting all the nuances. When the very thing you are trying to create is money… every attempt to do the right thing will be interpreted as a scam or as a manipulation. @stablekwon and @terra_money were never malicious in any interaction with them. Intentions were quite publically telegraphed (perhaps to detriment). In my opinion, the beginning of the end was when 1) galaxy digital and other funds started selling and 2) TFL started selling team tokens. Lack of locked collateral was a problem. Calling $ust off chain a “stablecoin” was a problem. Cex’s not ensuring 1:1 remittance in usd was a problem. Lack of privacy was an attack vector. $zeph and djed solved so many issues since then.
