Daylight savings can be extra hard on immigrants. Because, our families back home have to adjust too? At least for a couple of weeks, they'll be calling an hour before in the morning & an hour late in the night, & going "acchaaaa! Ab kya time horahi hai udhar?"

When several lab members started performing in vitro transcription (IVT) reactions (to prepare non-coding RNA) in mL range, one of the most expensive components we encountered was iPPase from commercial suppliers. We have addressed this challenge! 1/3
