This Justice Department is prioritizing the denaturalization of immigrants who became citizens by committing fraud. "If you're going to come and become a citizen in this country, but you're going to do it by fraud, you're going to do it in a way that's illegal, you should be worried." - Acting Attorney General Todd Blanche cbsnews.com/news/todd-blan…

These are two different efforts to restrict school choice, plain and simple. And they’re being sold with misinformation to get signatures. The truth: More than 100,000 Arizona families are using ESAs right now. These initiatives would make it harder—or impossible—for many of them to keep doing it. The right answer is simple: #DeclineToSign. Full Story: azfreenews.com/2026/05/jason-…

Hobbs' illegal housing moratorium could end up costing AZ taxpayers over a billion in damages! A builder in the West Valley (represented by the Goldwater Institute) has filed a notice of claim with the State of Arizona to receive compensation for the lost value of their property as a result of the Hobbs housing moratorium that was struck down in court last week. In Arizona, property owners have a right to file a Prop 207 claim (named after the initiative passed by voters in 2006) if a new government law, regulation or rule diminishes the value of their property. This one Prop 207 claim is seeking over $300 million in damages, which the property owner is likely entitled to receive. Expect other landowners to follow suit, putting Arizona taxpayers on the hook for billions in claims. All thanks to the gross negligence of Governor Hobbs. Her administration is appealing the ruling, which only increases the chance of additional payouts to landowners damaged by her illegal regulation. Additionally, this claim was filed over six months ago, so her office has been aware of the financial exposure caused by the moratorium but has remained silent about it during budget negotiations. Arizona taxpayers deserve answers from Governor Hobbs. @AZHouseGOP @AZSenateGOP @votewarren @SteveMontenegro Demand Letter: azfree.org/wp-content/upl… @AZFreeNews Article: azfreenews.com/2026/05/gov-ho…
