Let go because he needs appropriate care. It's his carers who let him, the little boy and the little boys family down. Let's look at who the carers are and what they were doing when this happened, shall we?

Mental illness and mental disability are two different things. This guy is reported to have had a mental disability. Now that he has done this I suspect he will be locked up in a secure unit fir a very long time. His carers should have assesses the environment and monitored him. We know that he was unfit for police interview which says a huge amount.

Court and prison may not be applicable, but he needs punishing. Certainly shouldn't be out in public for 15yrs minimum

@MMYang434 I read that the carers were both female and on their phones at the time. "IF" this is true, they were obviously distracted and not doing their job and should face sever consequences. Should female carers been assigned to a man who could throw a toddler over a 4 foot fence?

Even patients with learning disabilities can be in RTCs or train crashes. We have to know the MHA and many aspects of the law. Tell me again what I did?
