It's the same for me as a foreigner with a green card...I pay $70 for my annual health insurance for inpatient care One time i spent five days inpatient in the cardio unit for complete heart check including an angiogram...Thankfully i got great news ...virtually no blockages :) Believe it or not the entire inpatient bill was less than $1500...
