$SBEV I own shares of SBEV, and I am gonna make an honest comment. Company is saying they need funding to go through the M&A with Medterra which I think profitable(already has 2M customers). So worrying about dilution is natural and I do too. I might be wrong here because I can't predict what this company will do tomorrow but I think the dilution already happened. Thats why we are stuck at this low price, otherwise would be at around $4-5, I think. Why do I think that? because the hemp venture news came out 4 months ago, and the Medterra news broke out March 5th, more than a month ago, company had enough time for dilution, that is "if" that happened and "if" that is the company's choice of "funding." Also, remember the deal could be closed in May, 2026 according to the company. Only 2 more weeks left. High risk, high reward? YES and at this price the reward overweighs the risk. This is not a financial advice, just sharing my honest opinion.

Market concern is simple: "If it's good, why delay?" Fair point. But I see it differently. Q3 2025 already showed strong growth: • Revenue: $22.9M (+232% YoY) • Margins improving The company is clearly growing. So why delay? In my opinion, this feels more like a technical delay, something we often see in small caps. (Of course… as a hopeful investor, and, yes, pun-intended, I’d love to say they’re busy with a big DoD/Government contract but we’ll see.) At the end of the day: Good stocks always come back. Usually faster than people expect. We know, and I believe $NXXT has multiple catalysts ahead, and this is a conviction play for me. If we break $0.45, $0.55–0.60 could come fast. Then it becomes a race toward $1.00 with Nasdaq compliance back in play. Just like $OPEN last summer. 3 more trading days. Let’s see. 💪

$NXXT 🚀Emilio Gonzalez는 NeutronX의 사장입니다. 작년에 마이애미 시장 선거에 출마했을 때, 트럼프 대통령의 지지를 받기도 해서 꽤 많은 정치적 커넥션이 있어보입니다. 지난 일주일간을 보면 거래량도 많지않고 쩐장사하는분들이 많아 39-40을 오가고있는것 같습니다. 제 개인적인 생각으로는, 몇일안에 10-K 나오고 나면 DoD 정부 계약건을 기대 하고 있습니다. 어제 나온 회사 엑스를 보면 마이크로그리드계약도 한층 더 쉬워진것 같습니다. 지난 어닝들을 봤을때 저는 어닝도 좋을거라고 보고있고요. 그리고 큰손들을 이미 매집 하고 계시기 때문에, 브레이크아웃 전조 증상만 나오면 급등 대기 상태인것 같습니다.(데일리 차트보면 큰 블록들이 움직이는것을 보실수 있을겁니다.) 그리고 급등은 10-K 나온 후가 아니라, 나오기전에 올것 이라고 생각됍니다. $SIDU $CYCU $QNCX
