Customer success acknowledged but they are so inconsistent that they charged me and the new supervisor (Akshay) wont even take the time to read the thread. Google the company I loved working for has turned me completely to Apple now.

They will ship it to me in US and I have to get it shipped to Spain and then return it back to a friend who can then ship it to Google. And yes. it all has to happen in 14 days.. or is it 21 days. And they charged me $1100 for a refurbished replacement.
