You also only provide a cancel immediately or be reminded 30 days before, but no cancellation of auto renewal = sleazy practice for companies that are failing because they have no new, good content.

You charged my account today and I have no interest in renewing. Your site says auto renewals can't be refunded. That tells me everything about your business ethics. I want nothing to do with Master Class after this experience. @MasterClassCare

Hello @MasterClassCare, I keep getting ads for other courses during lessons (normally towards the start) and when they play, and I hit skip, it takes me back to the lesson. Is there anyway to turn these off?

@MasterClassCare I don’t think I have an account as I’ve never used the service. My email is ascottbag@aol.com I’ve been disputing the charge since 9/20/22. It was not obvious on the ad that you billed annually. I only saw $15.00 a month. I wouldn’t have purchased had I saw billed annually.

@MasterClassCare Scammers!Subscribed from an ad on my phone. Price listed prominently was $15.00 a month. Did not say billed annually , like now, at least not prominently. Upon submitting my payment, I was charged $180.00! This was 9/20/22! They are STILL FIGHTING MY DISPUTE!
