And that’s if the series is even sold (most aren’t). Piracy rarely happens due to price but due to availability

@innocence_SAC This also goes for Japanese film and television. Certain things never get a western release or are not released in my home country (this goes for both a dubbed over series or an original translation series). This means without pirating I literally have no way to access it

@innocence_SAC Outside of people who are actually scummy the vast majority of people who pirate Japanese media do it because it is simply not available otherwise. Half the manga I read have never gotten an English translation (this includes massive series like JoJo)

A blind person can “see” your face through through. He can just do something equivalent to that with range. He is blind

海賊版ねぇ。クリエイターとしては「ふざけんなー(」ﾟДﾟ)」」と言いたいんだけど。 海外の人が「高くて買えないんだ」って気持ちは分かるんだよね。私も金ない学生時代はひたすら立ち読みしてたからね。あんなの海賊版と同じだよ。 だからあんまり「絶対ダメ！」とは言いにくい。 ただ、海賊版で読んでる人には言っておきたい。 クリエイターは作品が売れてお金が入らないと次がないんだよ。海賊版からは作者に一円もお金入って来ないんだよ。だからその作品が気に入ったならなるべく、お金が出来てからでいいから、正規品を買ってくれ。 海賊版で読めるのが当然だと思わないでくれ。それはクリエイターに寄生してる海賊版運営者を太らせるだけの行為だ。クリエイターは痩せ細って続きが出せなくなる。 そして海賊版見付けたら読んだ後にでもいいから通報して潰してくれ。海賊版経営者は業界の寄生虫で癌だ。潰さないと業界が死ぬ。 頼むよ本当に。

@ChaosHusk I don’t really think that overhauling the weapons would fix the issue people have with it though. The armour a little but at least for the weapons people’s issue lies with running the exact same content for a 2% boost. It’s why the weapons reused in Into The Light were a success

Yeah, I disagree with them community as its atl something new for alot of people to like farm or engage with, BUT I do see and understand why people would be annoyed. I feel a better version of that would be to overhaul *every* raid and dungeon weapon/armor that would make sense similar to what theyre doing in June cause it provides newer not powercrept rewards to the older activities.

Maybe a hot take; i was one of the people that didnt mind reused content or recycled content in Destiny 2, i was just happy to have somehting to do even if it was recycled because thats how i saw the game. I understood why people complained and still do however for me and how i enjoyed the game, recycled content or not i was happy, its upsetting to see such a lack of any content whatsoever. I do hope they bring back the old raids, the tangled shore and its strike (my personal favorite) while were at it. as long as there was more to play id be happy

@Matticus_Max @LucasNoShot The point is that the story writers challenged players to overcome their preconceived biases, yes many players did fail to see that point, I don’t think the story would be as compelling if the dilemma wasn’t divisive. There was no retcon of the first game’s ending.

@tardyliberator @LucasNoShot But that’s the point. The game sets you up to hate Abby then work you back into liking her (much harder to do). It failed with that for many players. It’s also made by worse by the game retconning the ending of the first game
