@eyeziiick I mean I 'get' it. A lot of VRC people are practically VRC faceblind, if you don't get on you don't exist. I get similar feelings with friends of not being 'cared' about and it fucking sucks. But I do realise I am 'unwell'... But to then make a 15 minute video ultimatum on it..

in hindsight me beating these games so slowly doesnt' mean anything, i'm much worse than the average person and that's true but i think that's what makes it so cool that i did. no one cares, to everyone else i took 12 hours to beat a boss but to me at least i know i did it

@spinelessaisha If it's retro ISH you wanna play there's dozens of handhelds you can get of all diff form factors that can play like PS1 and below extremely well and they are like £25

would it be possible to make your own handheld using a raspberry pi if you dont' have 3d printing as an option? or would it be better to just get a cheap phone and find a backbone controller? i really wnat a handheld gaming device so bad... but damn it's expensive

@spinelessaisha I mean to switch but when I did it meant I had to like reinstall all my games and change some file structure, it was too much effort for what I was putting in at the time so dropped it and I've not got a spare SSD available right now 😭

PRAGMATA has one of the most unique combat loops I’ve seen in a while, you basically have to balance third person shooting and dodging with a hacking minigame in order to damage enemies It sounds overwhelming & complex but it’s insanely satisfying and quite easy to manage!

@majuular I know that it absolutely sucks to lose that along with all your other game files. I hate to also be that guy but back up those saves if they mean things to you. Again I know it's after the fact and it feels shit to hear right now :( Just a thing to do moving forward.

62 hours into a Xenogears replay, went to save and got a message saying "Save failed. Please try again". Tried a bunch of stuff, nothing worked. Reset game. Not only was the XG save file deleted, but every single other game file on the card was too. You shall be as gods moment.

@FPSthetics I liked the demo but I fell for RE9 and was disappointed overall so skipped Pragmata and am waiting on it to come down a bit in price ;_;

Pragmata is my GOTY so far don't let anyone tell you it's just a video gamey video game it's GOOD ASS SHIT
