@OfficialBHAFC Spent £95 on your online shop for a Xmas gift yesterday and you’ve taken the money but not sent an order confirmation nor responded to customer service message. Is this a scam?

Safe to say that the Thameslink app has been permanently deleted from my phone, avoid them like the plague for buying tickets.

So their technical failure that led to the the inconvenience of me nearly missing my train and having to buy two tickets means I have to pay an admin fee? Make it make sense. It's not even the money but more the principle. Is this something that @RailOmbudsman can help with?

The absolute grifters at @TLRailUK 🤬 ... bought a ticket on the Thameslink app last week and the app failed to generate a QR code so I couldn't get through the gate, nearly missed my train + had to buy a paper ticket.
