@ImCollegeSoccer This may not just be a D3 situation but a stage in life situation. Teaching coms studies in higher ed, I see this first hand. Students can be encouraged/taught how to interact. It is unfortunate if this happens more often to D3 coaches, I must admit!

DM: Why don’t Recruits return phone calls, texts, or emails from D3 coaches? -D3 Head Coach #CSTruth Because: -People around them don’t respect D3 athletics -They don’t want all the college debt -They need athletic scholarship -They don’t offer their major -The size of the school is too small -The facilities are not good -Their goal/dream has always been D1 -They think ALL D3 is bad -They want the big social environment -Their coaches have told them they can do better -The believe their skill set is above D3 -They haven’t done their research and they don’t care to Because You’re “D3”
