@MrMokelly Not Apple Credit as in the credit card. More like a short term loan. Hard to say without the actual agreement. But this is similar to how other comparable products work.

@MrMokelly: Regarding Apple Pay Later is probably similar to the other "Buy Now Pay Later" options. Usually, the merchant has to sign up to be part of the program. The merchant is paid in full by Apple minus fees. The customer has the option to make payments to Apple. Continued.

@MrMokelly I don't know when Target stopped charging. I only used the pickup service maybe 3 times since the beginning. They were charging that already. Someone must have said something now they have to announce it. But this is not new.

@MrMokelly I went to a restaurant where I placed the order online for pickup. I already tipped when O placed the order. Went in to pick up the order. You have to sign the credit card receipt all to ask you for an "extra tip." There is a line called "extra tip."
