Insightful thread in which a reanalysis of #OpenData on an important topic leads to a different results.

@ceptional @amdelvaz @FBpsy @DP_JEDI The metadata and cross referencing of it is a problem that remains to be resolved. All online journals can publish supplementary materials with essential zero extra cost so hosting content isn’t the issue

I worry that one reason why retractions take so long or never happen) is fear/threats of lawsuits.
Journal conditions of acceptance for an article could include a clause that authors waive right to sue if the article is later retracted.
