The Worst Surgeon in America A Florida doctor was just indicted for manslaughter after ripping out a patient's liver instead of his spleen, killing him on the operating table. How do you confuse a massive liver on the right side of the body with a tiny spleen on the left? He didn't. When the surgery went wrong, he panicked, fired a stapler blindly into the man's abdomen, and then tried to cover it up by telling the grieving widow the spleen had magically "migrated." The most terrifying part? He did this before. In 2023, he accidentally removed a different patient's pancreas and used the exact same "migrating organ" excuse. Absolute monster.

Ohioans know that Rep. @Marcy_Kaptur is a champion for Ohio workers and is tirelessly fighting to make life more affordable for Ohio families. Those are just a few of the many reasons why Ohioans are supporting her and are going to reelect her in November to keep up the fight!
Max Cohen@maxpcohen

#OH09 fundraising news in @PunchbowlNews AM: Marcy Kaptur, the longtime Ohio Dem running for another term in a red district, raised $1.6m in Q1 and has $3.1m in hand. It’s her biggest fundraising quarter ever, per her team

🚨 BREAKING: NBC News exposed top Ohio Democrat who shattered a mirror during a domestic dispute, admitted to drinking and taking extensive prescription drugs… and was stopped from driving by her concerned husband!🚨 This is not a rumor, not opposition research, and not something pulled out of thin air in the middle of a campaign. This is reporting from NBC News, backed by a police report that lays out exactly what happened inside Amy Acton’s home in August of 2019. During an argument with her husband, she pulled a mirror off the wall and shattered it. When officers arrived, she told them she had been drinking and had taken an unknown amount of prescription medication, and she was about to get in her car and drive before her husband physically intervened and stopped her. Police and a medic responded to the scene, a hospital visit was recommended, and she refused. Officers ultimately determined there was no physical violence between the couple and filed no charges, but the details themselves are not ambiguous, they are written down, documented, and now part of the public record. That is the starting point, not the spin. Now consider who this is. Amy Acton was not a background figure during COVID. She was the face of Ohio’s response, standing beside Mike DeWine day after day as decisions were made that reached into nearly every aspect of daily life. Businesses were closed by order. Gatherings were restricted. Families were told how to interact, when to separate, and in many cases when not to be together at all. People were told not to visit elderly parents and grandparents, even when time was running out. Families were pushed into stripped-down funerals, distanced goodbyes, and moments that can never be gotten back. And the culture that followed those policies did not stop at guidance, it created an environment where calling authorities on neighbors for gathering during holidays like Thanksgiving was treated as responsible behavior rather than something unthinkable. That was the standard. That was the expectation placed on everyone else. And it was delivered with confidence, with certainty, and with the understanding that the people giving those orders should be trusted without hesitation because of their judgment. Now the same person is asking voters to elevate her to governor, to take that same authority and expand it, and at the same time voters are being presented with a fuller record that includes a documented incident involving alcohol, prescription medication, property destruction, and a situation serious enough that police and a medic were called to her home. No charges were filed, and that is part of the story, but it is not the whole story, because elections are not decided by legal thresholds, they are decided by whether voters believe someone’s judgment, temperament, and consistency match the level of power they are seeking. That is where this becomes unavoidable. When someone exercises sweeping authority over millions of people, telling them how to live, who to see, and what risks they are allowed to take, voters are going to ask whether that same person lives by a consistent standard when it comes to their own decisions and their own behavior. That is not a smear. That is not unfair. That is the basic test of leadership. And thanks to Henry J. Gomez of NBC News, this is no longer hypothetical. Amy Action is unfit for the public office!!

Guy Fieri ignited backlash after a video from UFC 327 showed him embracing Andrew and Tristan Tate. "I’m devastated," the Food Network star says. "I was there to see the fights and when I was walking through the venue, the Tate brothers stood up and said hello and that’s when the exchanged happened. I did not know them or about them before that moment. I’ll never pretend to be a perfect person but let me be crystal clear, I do not know the Tate brothers nor do I support them in any way." variety.com/2026/tv/news/g…

Chicago, there are credible reports of a teen trend forming in Hyde Park later today. Parents, be aware of where your children are going this evening. DO NOT allow your children to attend one of these gatherings; they are dangerous and can often turn violent. Together we can keep our youth and our communities safe.

I’m seeing all of your comments about the photo from Saturday’s UFC event and all I can say is that I’m devastated.   I was there to see the fights and when I was walking through the venue, the Tate brothers stood up and said hello and that’s when the exchanged happened.  I did not know them or about them before that moment.   I’ll never pretend to be a perfect person but let me be crystal clear,  I do not know the Tate brothers nor do I support them in any way.

@DanNieman864257 @WLWT I like the president, love my country & follow Jesus—not the pope. If you love God, you fight against true evil. I suggest Catholics do the same. Fight real evil instead. Take a breath. You're arguing with someone you don't know online

@MichMtweets @WLWT No, you are obsessed with Trump. Just own up to it. It has nothing to do with the United States. It has nothing to do with religion (obviously since the guy just posted a picture of himself like Jesus and flat out lied and said he thought it was a doctor….and you believe him

We had a great visit to Ironworkers Local 172 yesterday, hearing from apprentices and leadership. As the only pro-labor candidate in this race, I'm committed to standing with Ohio labor, fighting for their right to bargain, and helping hardworking Ohioans get ahead.
