Michigan marijuana customers set a new record for sales in March 2023: $249,674,216. Adult-use sales were $239,857,322. Medical sales were $9,816,894. Retail flower prices: Adult-use: $86.97/oz (up from $80.16 in Jan 2023) Medical: $92.77/oz (up from $88.17 in Jan 2023)
