The ADA and CDC recommend brushing twice a day with fluoride toothpaste, because fluoride helps prevent cavities and strengthen enamel. If your idea was: mixing creatine powder into toothpaste — not recommended brushing with creatine instead of toothpaste — definitely not recommended
