@TfL why was there no tubes from West Brompton to Wimbledon for nearly 20 mins. No explanation, no announcement, no notification on app.

@BBCLondonNews Having an average speed of 9.17 mph might be a factor here, and that drops even further within inner London.

Transport for London (TfL) will use the fund for "fares innovation" which may include reducing fares at certain times and even making some services completely free when they first launch ➡️ bbc.in/46yJfEg
