Reform UK said I was 'bullying' when I pointed out their colleague was jailed for beating up his former partner. Now, they're trying to sneak him back into their party. So I'll say it again: James McMurdock was jailed for beating up his former partner. bbc.co.uk/news/articles/…

Farage hates this video of him revealing his plans to sell off the NHS. It would be a shame if it went viral again... 🫢

All scheduled Emirates flights to and from Dubai remain suspended until 2359hrs UAE time on 4 March, due to airspace closures across the region. Emirates continues to operate a limited number of passenger repatriation and freighter flights on 3 and 4 March.  We are accommodating customers with earlier bookings as a priority on these limited flights. Please do not go to the airport unless you have been notified directly by Emirates, or hold a confirmed booking for these flights. Emirates continues to monitor the situation, and we will develop our operational schedule accordingly. The latest flight updates will be published on our website. Customers are advised to check emirat.es/flightstatus, review the latest operational updates on emirates.com, and check their email for any notifications about changes or cancellations to their flights before travelling to the airport. We would like to thank our customers for their understanding and patience. The safety and security of our passengers and crew remain our highest priority.

UAE exit strategy: A British Airways 787 from Muscat in Oman has just landed at London Heathrow, carrying BA pilots and cabin crew who were stranded in the UAE when airspace closed. That's the likely evacuation route for passengers if flights stay grounded independent.co.uk/travel/news-an…

A single mother in the United Kingdom surprised her young son with the keys to their very first house after spending eight years living in a small council flat. Charmaine Hinchen had spent years working late nights to save up for a proper home in the West Midlands. She constantly told her son Leo about the importance of working hard to achieve their shared dream of finally having a backyard garden to play in and enough space to invite his friends over for sleepovers. When she finally secured a house, she kept the news a complete secret.

What the hypocrite has omitted from his article is that before the Brexit he sold his soul for, the UK could return asylum seekers to the first EU country they arrived in as it was in the EU. Under Johnson, we lost that right.

Life since the challenge… Been a weird few weeks, adapting back to normal life. Not going on social media as much and spending a lot more time with family. 2 weeks of eating whatever was nice but it’s time to get back to training 🫡

Autism care and share@autcareandshare·
I've had a lady contact me about her daughter, her daughter is a adult and has various speech and language difficulties, she has had the same frames for her glasses for over 12 years, and will not change them for different frames, the frames are so old now that the opticians won't put new lenses in them for fear of breaking them, mum can't find anywhere that sells these they are made by GUESS, is there anyone out there that knows of a company that will refurbish the frames so that they can continue being used or does anyone know where they can be brought, please could I kindly ask you to rewtweet in the hope that we can help this young lady.

SHOULD FIFA MOVE THE WORLD CUP OUT OF THE US? The 2026 World's Cup could be moved to Canada or Mexico because of Trumps immigration policies. Both players and fans are thinking of boycotting the event if it's in the US. The Olympics could be next. Your thoughts?

£100,000 RAISED 🤯 Truly speechless. When I began running I said my all time goal was to raise 100K for @mindcharity - never did I imagine we would do it on this challenge alone. I don’t even know how to word this, this is already the greatest day of my life and I haven’t even finished the run yet. To whoever donated £20,000 anonymously, you have a heart of gold and thank you so much for believing in the challenge. Thank you to EVERYONE who has supported, I will forever be grateful for you all ❤️ 16 miles to go!

Last night may have been the greatest and worst night of my life. Finishing 21 miles at 1am as it poured down for hours on end, truly showed me that despite experiencing the worst pain I’ve ever experienced- your body and mind can simply do beautiful things. I’ll be honest I have no idea how I’m still going. It feels like my body gave up working properly about a week ago but I’m so determined now to get to that finish line that no pain is going to stop me. Spending 7-8 hours in your own head everyday makes you rethink a lot in life, probably turning me insane at this point but it also makes you realise how short life really is. 3 days to go now until the finale. Tomorrow at 6.50am I will be live on BBC Breakfast. Thank you for making a dream come true! Keep going, I’m so proud of you. Mental health matters Day: 54 Day KM: 34 (21.5 miles) Total KM: 1251.6 (758.1 miles) Total money raised for @mindcharity: £51,685 gofund.me/37d41d7b
