@Modivcare seems as though you dont hire responsible drivers. Wife made an appointmet to be picked up by 8am for a 9am medical appointment she had been waiting for. Driver never showed. Ultimately she missed her appointment.

I’m so curious as to why @Modivcare ( company in charge of my medical transportation) would decide to cancel my ride to dialysis on Friday without notifying me . Why not let me know so I could try to get a ride this is messing w my life !!!

@Modivcare Once again, we’re back to the same situation as always scheduled a ride almost a week in advance received an assigned company. We notified them this morning. They do not operate on Sunday, so nothing has improved on your end as we were assured it would be

@Uber_Support has been giving me the run around since Friday my house and car keys were left in one of your drivers car his name is Luckner with a PA license plate MTX5538! @Modivcare hasn’t done anything either on their behalf and they ordered the ride.
