As someone who is currently battling health issues and just found out my Dad has the beginning stages of dementia, I thought this would be a good prayer to share today. 🙏❤️🙏 Pray with me April 6, 2026 Father, We know that You are the giver of life and the One who restores what is broken. Your Word says that by Your stripes we are healed (Isaiah 53:5), and we stand on that promise today. Lord, bring healing to this body. Restore strength where there is weakness, bring peace where there is pain, and renew every part that is worn down or afflicted. Let Your healing power flow from the top of the head to the soles of the feet. Drive out sickness, inflammation, and disorder, and replace it with Your wholeness and life. Strengthen the mind, refresh the spirit, and bring complete restoration according to Your perfect will. We trust You, the Great Physician, knowing that nothing is too hard for You. Less than a year ago, the Air Force unveiled a new PT test with a two mile run. Airmen took to social media to complain how the new increased length would cause injuries. This weekend, an Air Force Colonel, more than likely in their mid to late 40s, ran 5 miles up a mountain to escape the enemy. Running matters. You should do more of it.

I’m feeling like the Left didn’t want the second pilot to be found as a “gotcha” towards Trump. It’s a real problem when you’ve got a segment of the country that hates Trump so much, they’d prefer the country to fail so they can use it to hurt him and us. As much as we disliked Biden, we always wanted America to win. Always. That’s the difference between us.

Good Morning, Happy Easter! I hope everyone had a blessed celebration of the Lord’s Passion, Crucifixion, Death, and Resurrection this past weekend. You are warmly invited to join me for a daily scripture break. Matthew 10: 32 -33, “Whoever acknowledges me before others, I will also acknowledge before my Father in heaven. But whoever disowns me before others, I will disown before my Father in heaven.” Once you become a Christian, this is your starting point. Notice Jesus didn’t say whoever is perfect and without sin or whoever acknowledges God exists - I will acknowledge before My Father.  At the onset of our Christian life, it is Jesus’ gift of redemption that connects us to the Father - that never changes. Jesus is clearly articulating the foundational truth of our acceptance into the Kingdom of God - it is through Jesus, our Lord and Savior. (John 14:6) So what does “whoever acknowledges me before others” mean? As I think about my Christian journey, I sometimes struggle with how to properly balance being a faithful follower of the Kingdom of God by my behavior and attitude in my public or private life with my zeal for my faith. Obviously, there were/are forces in our culture prepared to use our values against us and slyly but politely encourage people of the Christian faith to mute their enthusiasm for Jesus out of “respect" for others with different faiths and beliefs in “the public square”.  We must always recall how Jesus conducted Himself in public. He was honest about His teachings - He spoke the truth - He did not water anything down. He didn’t force anyone to convert. He dearly loved the Father and often separated Himself from His followers to spend in prayer, and He lived His life in accordance with His faith. (Luke 5:16) So how do I acknowledge Him before others?  I love the Lord by obeying His commandments (John 14:15) and I’m part of the body of Christ - there are many members in the body of Christ with different temperaments.   When someone insults or disrespects the Lord, it’s difficult for me to keep my indignation in check.  I want to defend Him or other Christians suffering in the world.  What I have learned over the years (although I don’t always succeed) is this - let the Holy Spirit guide you. Sometimes, the circumstance requires us to unapologetically and with great vigor defend the faith or other Christians and other times a gentle rebuke is appropriate. Both will be required on your Christian walk. The fact is, the Holy Spirit living inside of us shines through us and people sense we are different. What am I specifically talking about?  Well, in your business dealings do you conduct yourself fairly, honestly, and justly? Do you avoid using profane or vulgar language or jokes?  Do you treat your employees or employer with respect? Do you exhibit the fruits of the Spirit in your life? Do you acknowledge the Lord's supremacy in your life before others publicly? You acknowledge Him by your actions, words, and attitude. I frequently ask the Holy Spirit to show me how I should appropriately behave. I don’t always get it right. Charlie Kirk lived his faith before young people and they responded to the love Charlie had for the Lord and them. Every human being is designed to respond to the promptings of the Holy Spirit, but not everyone listens. Just acknowledge Him in all your ways. (Proverbs 3:6) Peace and be prepared.
