And here’s a little fun fact for all the internet experts out there: - 30 stands for how many deaths one round can cause. - 06 is a humans chance of survival if they are shot with one of these rounds. I'm in touch with authorities about the dangerous situation at the former Pfizer headquarters. There has been an evacuation of the immediate area, and appropriate precautions are being taken. Top floors use the least amount of steel. Im guaranteeing the didn't remove steel

We don’t know the engineering could have required additional support for columns also. At the end neither of us was on job or seen structural plans. It could be all of the above and more

He’s saying the developer chose non-union labor b/c that’s cheaper but comes w safety risks…like a potentially unsafe building. This is more than just about this one midtown building. Just like week, Carpenters Union was out protesting this very issue.
