Very unhappy with @SamsungUS @Samsung. Bought their newest and “greatest” Flex washer and dryer less than 2 years ago, nearly $4,000 for the both of them. Less than 2 years later, my washer does not work and leaks, and they are making me pay for the service!!! DONT BUY SAMSUNG!!
