@joemichalczuk I work there and I will just say this. I have 7 - SEVEN managers. 2 of them signed themselves off 'sick' 6 months ago - on full pay. The highest up manager I've never even met. These people are all on high salaries- no idea what they do or why we need so many.

Btw, a few ppl today said they wanted to read the Pornocracy but were scared it would be too upsetting. I won’t pretend it isn’t grim in places, but in my (hugely biased) opinion, it’s useful if you want to understand where we are & it’s packed with figures & analysis
