@WestJet I spoke with an ACTUAL AGENT to book a flight for me and my son. I have seats assigned in an itinerary. Now I’m being told to pay extra for seats that YOU assigned. Customer Service says this is my fault. What?! How? Can’t someone review the recorded call?

Hey @Westjet__1 I have a ticket confirmation with seats after booking with an agent, and now you’re telling me to pay extra. TERRIBLE experience and totally dishonest business practices.
