That means they need to be able to conclusively prove it was not a goal and with all of the obstruction to a clear line of site that wasnt possible. Im not saying it was in. Im saying they couldn't prove it wasnt

Yeah, the NHL needs goal-line tech. There is no way to no for sure with all the obstruction out there if it went across or not.
