My cholesterol has always been low even when I was super obese, and has stayed low through losing all of that and the decades I’ve been thin.

@JoChristianse13 @woodwerks84 @AntiWokeMemes She lived to be 91. What a blessing that was. I am not on meds for my cholesterol as they have bad side effects. I don't take many medications as they make me feel worse. Perhaps some of us just make more cholesterol than others .

@gbbkk4 @metsswift I saw this in California as a Foster mom. Reunification plans that overrode all other concerns, causing the waste of years of the children’s lives until mom ended in jail or dead & the child was so messed up &/or old it was no longer able to be adopted so aged out in care.💔

@metsswift It’s all about birth mom’s rights, never about what’s best for baby. Because baby sadly has no rights p

I’m sorry if this is an unpopular opinion. Families adopting a child from a young mom, shouldn’t be allowed to wait at the hospital during the birth. They should be notified after, once Mama has had a little time with the child and is able to fully commit to the decision.

@gbbkk4 @metsswift Actually stats show that babies are better with their bio parents even if those parents are somewhat dysfunctional. Adoption is always trauma and should be a last resort.

I lost 100 and gained it back ++, thus needing to lose from near 500. I did it by super low calorie, near keto. The trick to keeping it off, get a Dr scale, be strict & weigh

Bad news, Texas Roadhouse fans. Beware of restaurant "butter." I worked for 9 different restaurants in 28 years and EVERY SINGLE ONE mixed margarine with butter and pushed it off as "whipped butter." This is how they save on food cost. BYOB or ask for pats. Margarine is BS.
