@AXA one of the worst companies i have ever come across. If you are looking for travel insurance please AVOID this company at all costs! God forbid anything happens abroad, they will be uncontactable, do everything they can to avoid paying out & cause no end of unneeded stress!!

Reflecting on a fantastic practice supervisor/assessor session within Kilsyth HC today. It was great to see so many community staff attending, engaging in discussions & being enthusiastic about supporting student nurses. @NHSLPEFs

@AddisonsUK A3: Learning that it isn't as simple as black & white. You really need to learn & listen to your own body. Not to be afraid to up-dose when you feel symptoms happening or advocate for your own wellbeing.

Have you heard of Addisons disease? I hadn't until my diagnosis & due to the rarity of the condition, I've had to become an #expertpatient, although sometimes i still get it wrong. It's a learning game & more awareness is hugely important! #addisonsdiseaseday
